Sunday brunch allows customers to sit and relax with fresh fruit and cinnamon-pecan coffee cake while chefs create fresh to-order fare including crab eggs benedict, Eggs Cubano a variety of Frittata’s, steak & eggs, house-made smoked salmon cake salad and some of Colorado Springs’ best green chili huevos rancheros, to name a few.
